Now What?

You can debate creation vs evolution till your blue in the face.  If you do a good job, you will make an impact on those who are in question, especially those who believe in God but are looking for answers.  Evolution science has made a major impact on young Christian minds, causing them to question Gods word and trying to make interpretations so that science and the Bible can live together.  The fall in the Garden of Eden began with questioning Gods word, this can be spiritually fatal.On the other hand, if you debate unsuccesfully, you may strengthen the cause of the evolutionists and weaken the Biblical truth in the minds of those watching the debate.

The best place to take this is to those who already believe in the Bible, but may be trying to conform the creation account in Genesis with the scientific claims of evolution. Show them that creation is scientific, that our current observable science actually supports creation and intelligent design.  Show them the many hurdles and questions that evolutionists evade or simply can't answer.

READ!!! gather all the information you can, and check this information out to insure it's accuracy.  The Sun looses a few thousnd tons per second, some have claimed that at this rate, 250 million years ago the sun would have been large enough to vaporize the planet earth, other science and the size of the sun disputes this claim.  However, a larger sun would likely have put out much more energy rending temperatures here unlikely for life forms.  A larger sun would also have a stronger gravitational pull and all the planets would have orbited closer to the sun, thereby causing effects, do you research.  Do lots of searches looking for this type of evidence to show the affects, and quote your sources.  Many good hearted Christians put out information they haven't followed through on, (in some area's I may also be guilty, so check my claims out for yourself), and sometimes this information can be disputed.  This gives the evolutionists reasons to dispute any of your claims, and gives them arsenal they will use for years to come claiming creationsists use bogus information to prove their point, followed by saying it isn't scientific and evolution is the only scientific fact.  They make the most of our errors, so please be sure you have your ducks in a row.  It isn't that hard to find evidence in any given area, there are website, books, and videos that are full of information, but look for scientific research that supports any claims you see in any of your research.

The Bible says, a fools says in his heart, there is no God, and their hearts have hardened and their eyes have been blinded, you won't change them, but you can strengthen the faith of the Christian seeking truth.  This is where everything you can find is very valuable, even if you aren't absolutely positive you can state this, that you haven't secured the proof of a claim, but it makes sense and appears logical.

Most important, use the information, whether for your own spiritual growth or/and more importantly, the growth of others.  Many Ministers today teach the gap theory or the extended length of day theories because they themselves have fallen prey to the scientific proof threories.  Use the information you find to show others that these theories simply aren't true, that Gods word IS the truth, God DID create the everything in 7 days, and that God created the science that throws evolutionists today. The following verse is very seriously pointing to the issues of evolution and creation we debate today.

Romans 1:19-23

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
