The Fourth Seal is Opened

Rev 6:7

Rev 6:7) And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. 8) And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. (The Spirit of War and Hatred for Christians)

Death, The Grim Reaper, and you thought he wore a black cape with red glowing eyes. Again, this spirit is another recoil to the victory of Christ, which I will show in the next section. Death has always been with us, but in the light of Christ, Hell is realized by the non believers. Some of those facing conviction will kill in order to pacify their guilt. Death became the worlds way of dealing with the changing trends with a huge new movement of Christianity. many countries of old used religion as a way to control people, but with Christianity people would not be controlled so easily.Jews and Romans alike sent assassins out to kill Christian believers. Romans threw Christians to the Lions for weekend entertainment at the coloseum, Christians were nailed to the city walls, and some were dipped in tar, tied to large posts, and burned to like the procurators garden. The Jews fell under attack and their temple was destroyed and those not killed were scattered throughout the world. Even in our own recent history, we have Hitler who killed millions of Jews to purge the human race. This has happened from the time shortly after the crucifiction and ressurection of Jesus, right on up to our generation. Through out the world, Christians are being tortured and killed for the testimony they hold of Jesus Christ.

Never before in history has such a global and persistent attack on any religion occurred.

Next, we will take a short break from the timeline, and look at a vision John had that reveals more to us about these four horsemen and why they were released on earth.
