Evolution vs. Creation

What it seems to be goes right back to one of my favorite books, the book of John. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. 11. He came unto His own, and His own received Him not. John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. You see, the problem is, for man to accept the scientific evidence, the real science, that each animal replicates itself and genetics simply cannot suddenly or over time create some new organ of cooperative function, the options are narrowed to belief in God. Man does not want to believe in God because that means also a Judgment, and whether you believe in God or not, Spiritually this brings the recognition of our sinful state and the possibility of judgment and eternal condemnation. No one wants to face this possibility so the natural defense for mankind is to deny it and find reasons why God cannot exist, or why God is not all powerful and not the Creator of the world and the life within it. However, not believing will not change the Truth, and for those who are skeptic, if the Truth does exist and you deny it blindly, then you will fall into the condemnation you are so afraid to face, while seeking the truth instead of persistent denial can actually lead to Salvation.

There is a list of evolutionists online, search "Former Evolutionist" at Google, and find a wealth of information far beyond and probably better than my reasons for converting to creationism. Dan Dunkin

Many ...believe in evolution for the simple reason that they think science has proven it to be a `fact' and, therefore, it must be accepted... In recent years, a great many people...having finally been persuaded to make a real examination of the problem of evolution, have become convinced of its fallacy and are now convinced anti-evolutionists."
-- Henry Morris, former evolutionist
