Evolution vs. Creation

Simple enough right? No it is starting to become a quite complex bio-machine, but this isn't enough... Now, the highway system used by the blood cells to travel back and forth to work, must be of a different material, so the capillaries which are very tiny are the lining of alveolar walls., and if this sounds simple enough, lets move on. In order for this entire function to work you need a protected chest cavity, protected by bones, with a muscular structure designed just for the purpose of expanding the chest cavity in order to draw fresh air in, and to collapse it in order to push the bad gasses out, not only the chest cavity is sufficient, or it would simply pull organs in the stomach up and down, so there is another muscular wall called the diaphragm which not only works, but must work in synchronization with the chest cavity muscles. We won't get into the mechanical design of the muscles, their attachments, and the wiring system that is required to make all that work, we'll just keep our focus on the lungs.

Now we have a lung capable of using a chemically reactive single cell to exchange oxygen for carbon dioxide in order to feed the billions of other cells within the body to keep them supplied with oxygen, but that isn't enough. The worlds air is filled with tiny particulate matter such as pollens, mold spores, dust, virus' and all sorts of other scary things, that without a filtration system, the lungs would be filled up probably within the first year of life, so in order for this system to work, you need a breathing filter lined with hairs and mucous to catch much of the particulate matter, and for those that get through, you need something like cilia, which are little tiny hairs that catch most of the rest of what gets through. Now these aren't just simple little hairs, curly on some people, and blonde and straight on others, these are designed to move in such a way that during the breathing process they move back and forth in such a manner as to carry these little particles out to where they can either be coughed out, (another natural phenomenon requiring super computer wiring system to identify and repel such matter), or taken in to digest.
