Can Jesus Forgive You? 

Have you ever felt so destitute, so deep in a sinful lifestyle that you thought God didn't care anymore, or that he wouldn't answer your prayers or come to your rescue. I am here to tell you that the work Jesus did in His life and on the cross was enough to save you, no matter what you have done, (with the exception of committing Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit).

You deserve to die! You should be beaten, whipped, and hung in the air to allow your blood to spill on the ground, but fortunately for you, the Judge who has pronounced sentence on you, loves you so much that He climbed down from the bench, presented himself to the bailiff, and said, "I will pay for his crime". If that is not enough to get you on your knees and Thank Him and beg His forgiveness, then you are a lost soul.

When Good Turns Bad

I came from a long line of Baptist Ministers, although my father broke the chain and became an Electrical Engineer and worked for NASA during the Apollo Space Program. Although my father broke the ministry chain, he did not loose faith and attended church regularly and served his ministry in music leadership. In almost every church we attended since as early as I can remember he became the Choir director, he loved music and was such an excellent trumpet player and did so well in college he was offered a job as band director for one of Jimmy Dorseys' bands way back when. His father would not allow him to take this job because as a Baptist minister he did not think highly of the "Big Band" era.
